Our Imprints

Hanover Square Press draws its name from New York City’s Hanover Square, which was once known as “Printing House Square” for the printers, publishers and booksellers who thrived there in the 1700s and early 1800s. Our list encompasses a broad range of genres—from crime, thrillers and high-concept fiction to narrative history, journalism and memoir—but most of all we’re guided by our desire to find works full of engaging ideas, unique subjects and fast-paced stories. Books that we just can’t stop thinking—and talking—about.
